 This Multi-unit apartment was custom built in order to answer the different specification of the lot and therefore they caused it to be known for making the design potentials from its restrictions. Different depth and size of adjacent lots was the reason of form projection in middle, and subsequently exceeding the area of facade in compare to similar projects.

 Choosing a material for facade and also the installing system was the main concern in order to reduce the heat dissipation, so Terracotta Façade panels which blend urban tradition and materials with the latest technology in ventilated façades was the solution.

Synthesis of two sustainable materials with the Unconventional form, established the nature of aforesaid architecture.
