​The project is built in 4 floors, contains 3 separated 4-bed units and has an independent roadway and pedestrian access. The openings take a big part of the façade, which is designed to the maximum logical standards to provide the light and vision. Windows are designed in full heights.   

Considering the massive external surface of this project, noble residential materials are being used. Also, considering the structure weight, the material type and performance were important, so the sustainable material and cladding system installation techniques are tried to be used. Horizontal shutter elements called louvre are being used on the openings of East and North sides of the building.

The project won 'Best Facade Design' award in 2014 contest organized by “ARCHITECTURE & CONSTRUCTION” magazine
